Food and Drink » Organic Grains and Pulses

It is just as important to eat daily grains and pulses as our daily fruit and veg. By weight comparison, pulses provide more B vitamins and energy than vegetables. Pulses, also known as legumes, include dried peas (chick peas, yellow and green split peas), beans (black eye, red kidney, mung, aduki, haricot and pinto), and lentils (available in a variety of colours such as yellow, green and brown).

Infinity Organic Popping Corn
500g

Our price: £1.43

Infinity organic popping corn is great for making your own healthy natural snack.

All you need is a large pan with a lid, a small amount of olive oil (or similar) and a bag of Infinity popping corn and you'll soon be eating your own home made popcorn.  Great fun to do with the kids!

To cook: heat a small amount of oil in a heavy pan, put in a handful of corn, repace the lid and wait for popping sounds.  When popping sounds stop remove from heat.

Top Tip: don't remove the pan lid until the popping sound stops or you will be picking up pieces of popcorn from all over the kitchen!!!
