Pure Gold! .. Weleda Baby Wins New Gold Award

It’s great timing, in the year that Weleda’s golden calendula baby oil is celebrating its 50th birthday, that this highly respected baby range has won yet another accolade and is going from strength to strength.
The range has just been awarded Best Skincare Range Mother & Baby Awards. These awards have been established for 17 years and are considered by many to be the Oscars of the baby industry, with over 3,000 testers trying everything from buggies to breast-pumps and reporting on a huge variety of baby brands. One tester summed up her feedback on Weleda Baby: "This baby range provides an exceptional skincare experience”.
There are so many baby products on the market that it can be difficult to know which are worth buying. So every year Mother & Baby magazine trials a wide range of products on the market to let parents know which scored highly. The best buys are judged on quality, usability and value for money.
Weleda’s marketing manager Jayn Sterland was delighted:

As well as beating mainstream brands such as Johnson’s and Bepanthen, Weleda also pipped several other natural and organic brands to the post including Green People, Beaming Baby, Halos n Horns and Miamoo.
This is the latest of several recent accolades for Weleda Baby. Other prestigious awards include the midwife-tested TIPS Awards scheme, where Weleda Baby was voted Top Skincare Brand. Several individual Weleda baby products also won Best of the Best or Best Budget awards in their categories.
Weleda Baby was also voted Best Babies’ & Children’s Range for its green credentials, in the Lifescape Beauty Awards which recognised ethical brands.
